When you hear cookie dough, everyone immediately thinks of the delicious ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s. As you know this is quite unhealthy. What if I tell you that you can take advantage of a delicious cookie dough snack without feeling guilty. This low calorie cookie dough protein ball recipe is not only rich in proteins and fibers, but also quick and easy to make. Let’s go!

Ingredients (12 pieces):

Recipe cookie dough protein balls:

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the dark chocolate chips) in a large bowl. Mix until the mixture forms dough that is soft enough to roll into balls, but not too sticky. Add extra coconut flour if necessary to make the mixture more or less dry.
  2. Stir in the dark chocolate drops.
  3. Roll the dough into 12 equal balls.
  4. Let the balls set for about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator and voila, you have a delicious protein rich snack.

You can store the protein balls in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days.

Tip: You can also choose to keep them in the freezer. Then you can of course store the protein balls for a few weeks and take them out when you need them.
